What this site is about

Half our day happens on a screen we barely look up from.

Most of us are online before breakfast and still scrolling long after dark. That is just normal now. The problem is that the same apps keeping us close to our friends also carry scam links, fake accounts, pressure to overshare, and a trail of information that follows us around for years. This site is about the risks that actually show up in a teenager's phone, not the ones adults imagine. (Suleman)

None of the advice here needs you to be good with computers. Most of it is small habits: reading a message twice before tapping the link in it, keeping your accounts locked down, having different passwords, knowing who you would tell if something went wrong. Boring things, done early, save you from the loud things later on. (Ahmed)

Every claim on the site has a real source behind it, and the videos in the Creative Corner are ours. Read the pages in whatever order you like, then pick one habit off the Goodies list and change it this week. (Ishaq)
